WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman Carson voted to advance the Build America 250 Act, which includes Carson’s amendment to improve motorcycle safety. The bill passed out of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and will advance to the House floor in the coming weeks.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman André Carson (IN-07) voted for a bipartisan funding bill that includes the congressman’s amendment to strengthen funding for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical and Prosthetic Research Program.
 
The Carson amendment increases funding for the VA Medical and Prosthetic Research Program to $994 million.
